After holding various positions within the Mercurius Group, he has built up the company since its foundation in 2009. The business administration graduate is also a shareholder of the company.
Robert Bierich has been managing partner of Arsago ACM, an owner-managed company for real assets, since 2001. Prior to this, he worked for JP Morgan for ten years, including in the Markets, Corporate Finance and Asset Management divisions.
Robert Bierich has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Mercurius Real Estate AG since 2016. In addition, he accompanied Mercurius AG since its foundation as chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Gerd Graf v. Bassewitz
Gerd Graf v. Bassewitz is managing director of the PMG MittelstandsGruppe GmbH. He was previously Managing Director of the corporate finance consultancy Bassewitz & Hochberg GmbH & Co. KG and worked in investment banking, including at Deutsche Bank AG and Lehman Brothers.
He has held a seat on the Supervisory Board of Mercurius Real Estate AG since 2016.
Ari E. Bizimis
Ari E. Bizimis has held senior positions at JP Morgan, Commerzbank, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and was a member of the board of directors of Cytori Therapeutics Inc. and Mercurius AG. He is also founder of Mercurius AG.
Ari E. Bizimis has been on the Supervisory Board of Mercurius Real Estate AG since 2009.

Frankfurt/Main: 422 apartments for the Gallus
To the west of Frankfurt's city centre, great things are in the making. Bright Side is the name of the approximately 450-metre-long building ensemble that Mercurius Real Estate is currently developing on Weilburger Strasse together with its partner Domus Vivendi Group. It offers space for 422 apartments in various formats: Micro-apartments, compact units tailored to young families and senior citizens or classic 2 to 5-room apartments.
The building south of the Adlerwerke also offers a lot of variety in terms of design. Above all, the meandering building arrangement immediately catches the eye. It creates courtyards in public and semi-public spaces. The mix of materials used for the façades, which are made of clinker brick and white plaster with contrasting windows and door reveals, also ensures attractive variety in the street scene.
66 subsidised apartments
The Bright Side I building section comprises 356 apartments. 66 further apartments are being built as part of the City of Frankfurt's SME programme. These subsidized units are located in Bright Side II. This part of the building also includes a daycare center with around 600 square meters of outdoor space, for which a well-known Frankfurt sponsor has been acquired. All units will be ready for occupation from the third quarter of 2018.
Incidentally, Bright Side does not bear its name for nothing. Most of the apartments have windows, balconies or loggias on the south side. You can also relax on large roof gardens, which are available in every part of the building. From there, one has a wide view over the city, among others to the skyline.
