Green Six, Frankfurt

The office city of Frankfurt-Niederrad is undergoing change. While the quarter was previously known primarily as a business location, it is now flourishing as a modern and lively district.

Flanked by the Main and Stadtwald, the quarter meets the needs of many people: Living, working and leisure are close together. There will be room for around 3,000 apartments, as well as plenty of commercial space, restaurants and daycare facilities for children.

Thanks to a new access road, Niederrad is well connected to the motorway network. And the S-Bahn is also practically around the corner. In just a few minutes you can reach the city centre and Frankfurt Airport, the largest workplace in Germany.
